Gents, I just want to say a big thanks to all of your guys for the successful weekend positioning three transformers. This was a big ask for one weekend, without everyone giving 100% and having the right “can do” attitude this would not have been possible. So thanks again to all those involved and hopefully the same team will be present for the next three!

I just want to let you know that I’m totally impressed about your Team here on Site. Your guys have DONE an absolutely amazing job. I can’t find the correct words for this. I gave your guys the measurement by 825mm distance to the Plenum wall and they hit it on point. Great!!. I am really impressed. Nobody has done that before. I am looking forward to the next job with you.

Can you thank the team that turned up today from me personally for working through the issues we had, with the difficult lift, and challenges encountered. They completed the lift successfully for which I thank you. Their attitude was always very professional and we did have a lot of banter throughout

Just thought I’d drop a note to say the install is completed and that the team have done a first rate job. Their attitude to health & Safety and consideration to others working in the area was second to none. Please pass our thanks and well done to the teams involved. We are looking at a similar project in Enfield, if successful we will certainly be in touch.

Lads got on really well today and got the job done. They were absolutely spot on and their attitude was brilliant, they were absolutely top drawer. They made sure they stayed until the end, got the job done and did as much as they could to help. If you could give them a massive pat on the back from us. We would definitely like to use those 3 lads again on any future work we have.

We have had another excellent feedback from the clients at TIQ at how well the delivery of IBAR went last Thursday. Apparently there were lots of eyes on the job on Thursday and they were very impressed at how well your guys worked.

Sincere thanks to you and your team for a prompt response to my cry for help and a job well executed at a realistic cost despite the short notice. The relocation of our equipment went seamlessly from strip down through relocation to re commissioning thanks to the efficiency of your staff. It was a refreshing change to work with a professional team with the added bonus of no quibbles when the inevitable “can you just help us with this” question was asked. I will certainly use your company again and am happy to recommend you to others as and when the situation arises.

I have used JWI for a number of different projects over the last eight years, and to date I have never had any concern either procedurally or from a safety perspective. Jack’s team have always behaved impeccably. As a pharmaceutical manufacturer we have a very restrictive operating environment and I have to rely on contractors such as JWI to abide by the rules and regulations stipulated by the MHRA on this point alone I have found that unlike the majority of contract suppliers JWI need minimal if any supervision, a benefit which is invaluable to me.

May I just say that I have found your operatives and yourself a pleasure to work with over the last 6 months. Whoever I have dealt with from day one has been helpful, courteous, pro-active and professional. All involved within your organisation has the ‘Nothing is a Problem’ attitude, which I personally find refreshing and helpful as we all strive to deliver a quality product safely.

I can confirm from Teva Runcorn’s point of view that we have been very happy with the jobs you have done for us so far at the Runcorn facility since we started working together on the Pre Filled Syringe Project early in 2008. Since then there have been numerous installations some of which could be classed as non standard which have all gone smoothly with no major issues. The main area where I have been mostly impressed is the standard of equipment and the nature of the team performing the installation. We are a hands on type company and become heavily involved in all installations so working closely with the installation crew is important to me. This has not been the case with other equipment installation firms which I have previously used.

Recipharm Ltd, Ashton-under-Lyne has been using Jack Waghorn to decommission, move, transport and install pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging equipment for over 10 years. We have always found them to be a very professional and reliable company who provide an efficient and comprehensive service. This includes all logistical and lifting arrangements as well as formal risk assessments and method statements. JW have effectively handled the movement and installation of 3 larger blister packaging lines and several manufacturing suites at the Ashton site over the last 10 years. More recently they used their expertise to successfully install a complete new container filling line as well as re-siting an existing line within the main packing department. All projects have been handled with the kind of diligence and attention to detail demanded by this type of equipment and I would not hesitate to recommend them for similar projects in the future both at Recipharm or to other potential customers.

In our continued quest for improved quality of service we selected Jack Waghorn International as our preferred supplier for contract lifts in 2007.

JWI have performed extremely well during the several machine tool installations we have completed since then. Their H&S documentation has always been delivered in good time and to the correct standard. They have supported us well, coming to site for pre-installation meetings, supplying security information, and working with our work package procedures. Any problems during the lifts, of which there have been few, have been dealt with professionally and efficiently, and I would not hesitate to recommend JWI to colleagues.

We have achieved the major milestone of installing the 18off Bottling Vats in the new Tank Farm for BHs 1&2, despite a few hiccups and using a shoehorn, many thanks to all concerned for their efforts in making this possible in good time and to programme.

I was impressed with the professionalism with which your company handled its self. From getting the paperwork in on time to arriving on site at the agreed time, completing the work to everybody’s satisfaction and leaving the site in the same state that they found it in.
Even when there were complications with vessels that didn’t fit into the structure the team worked together to overcome the issues and get a solution. I would be more than happy to recommend and use Jack Waghorn International again.
