Almac – Loughborough

Here at Jack Waghorn International we are continuing to support our pharmaceutical clients through this hard time.

In this project we supplied a contract lift for Almac’s new air handling equipment to supply the clean rooms. Our fully managed contract lift solution included preparing the RAMS, associated lift plans and full management by our CPCS trained personnel allowing Almac to have a single point of contact for the whole project. We supplied a lift supervisor who was also the supervisor for the continuing work skating and positioning the air handling equipment once the crane lift was finished.

Jack Waghorn International landed the equipment using the crane onto the scaffolding deck and skated it into the plantroom. With not much room to pass through the window, we had to be extra careful not to damage any of the equipment.

The equipment was then positioned as per our client’s drawings.

The work was executed to our high standards of professionalism and our client was pleased upon the completion of another successful completion of the project on time and on budget.
