I have used JWI for a number of different projects over the last eight years, and to date I have never had any concern either procedurally or from a safety perspective. Jack’s team have always behaved impeccably. As a pharmaceutical manufacturer we have a very restrictive operating environment and I have to rely on contractors such as JWI to abide by the rules and regulations stipulated by the MHRA on this point alone I have found that unlike the majority of contract suppliers JWI need minimal if any supervision, a benefit which is invaluable to me. – Perrigo – Equipment installation in pharmaceutical facility

I can confirm from Teva Runcorn’s point of view that we have been very happy with the jobs you have done for us so far at the Runcorn facility since we started working together on the Pre Filled Syringe Project early in 2008. Since then there have been numerous installations some of which could be classed as non standard which have all gone smoothly with no major issues. The main area where I have been mostly impressed is the standard of equipment and the nature of the team performing the installation. We are a hands on type company and become heavily involved in all installations so working closely with the installation crew is important to me. This has not been the case with other equipment installation firms which I have previously used. – TEVA – Transporting and installing pharmaceutical production machines into a clean room area of a pharmaceutical factory

 

Recipharm Ltd, Ashton-under-Lyne has been using Jack Waghorn to decommission, move, transport and install pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging equipment for over 10 years. We have always found them to be a very professional and reliable company who provide an efficient and comprehensive service. This includes all logistical and lifting arrangements as well as formal risk assessments and method statements. JW have effectively handled the movement and installation of 3 larger blister packaging lines and several manufacturing suites at the Ashton site over the last 10 years. More recently they used their expertise to successfully install a complete new container filling line as well as re-siting an existing line within the main packing department. In our continued quest for improved quality of service we selected Jack Waghorn International as our preferred supplier for contract lifts in 2007.
JWI have performed extremely well during the several machine tool installations we have completed since then. Their H&S documentation has always been delivered in good time and to the correct standard. They have supported us well, coming to site for pre-installation meetings, supplying security information, and working with our work package procedures. Any problems during the lifts, of which there have been few, have been dealt with professionally and efficiently, and I would not hesitate to recommend JWI to colleagues.
